1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a wide range of payment options to suit your convenience:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express.
  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI-enabled apps.
  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks supported.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible PIN codes across India.
  • EMI: No-cost EMI options available on select cards and orders above a minimum value.
  • Wallets: Select digital wallets accepted at checkout.

2. Payment Security

  • All transactions on www.cambridgeapparels.com are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
  • Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your payment and personal data during transmission.
  • We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers at any point.

3. Order Confirmation & Billing

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.
  • Your bank or card statement will reflect the charge as Cambridge Clothing Co LLP or the name of our payment gateway partner.
  • GST invoices are generated for all orders and can be accessed from your account or requested via email.

4. Failed or Declined Transactions

  • If your payment fails, please check your bank balance, card limits, or UPI app and try again.
  • In case of a payment failure where your account has been debited, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider.
  • Cambridge Apparels is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment gateway in processing refunds for failed transactions.

5. Currency

All transactions on our website are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
  • In such cases, we will notify you via email and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If you suspect any unauthorised transaction on your account, please contact us immediately.
