At Cambridge Apparels, we strive to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of product unavailability or any processing delays, we will notify you via email or mobile at the earliest.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- For certain products or locations, delivery may take up to 10–12 business days.
- We dispatch orders through Shiprocket, our trusted logistics partner.
Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number (where available) will be automatically emailed to you on the day of dispatch.
- Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive tracking updates.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship within India only, to a select number of PIN codes.
- To confirm if your PIN code is serviceable, please check at checkout or contact us before placing your order.
Festive & Urgent Deliveries
- For orders required before a specific event or festival, we recommend placing your order at least 30 days in advance.
- For urgent deliveries, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise on feasibility.

- Packages shipped by Cambridge Apparels are not insured against loss or damage in transit.
- Please inspect your parcel carefully at the time of delivery before accepting it.
- Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
