Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred size and colour, and click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible PIN codes.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is placed successfully.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days. Some orders may take up to 10–12 business days depending on location and product availability.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship across India to select PIN codes via Shiprocket. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier's website.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within India only. We are working on expanding our delivery to international locations soon.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Please refer to our Exchange & Return Policy for full details.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

How do I find the right size?
We recommend referring to our Size Guide for accurate measurements. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Are your fabrics skin-safe?
Yes, all Cambridge Apparels garments are made from carefully sourced, skin-safe fabrics that are free from harmful dyes and chemicals.

Do you offer customisation or tailoring?
We offer tailoring advice and alterations at our physical stores. Please visit your nearest Cambridge Apparels store for assistance.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

How is my personal data used?
Your data is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Do I have to create an account to shop from?

Yes. Your account lets you keep a track of all the information related to your order(s). Having an account gives you complete control to edit your personal information (name, address, contact details), change password, view your purchase history, view your wallet cash, initiate a return and/or refund of an order and cancel an order.

What are the payment options available on www.cambridgeapparels.com?

Our online store offers the following methods of payment: Credit/Debit cards, internet banking for selected PIN codes.

What is the minimum order value for free shipping?

Rs.500/- is the minimum order value for free shipping. An additional Rs.50/- is charged for orders below Rs.500/- and Rs.80/- is charged only for accessories below the specified amount.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

An email conformation will be sent to you, usually within 30 minutes of completing your order. You will also receive a confirmation by SMS on your given mobile number.

Does www.cambridgeapparels.com deliver to my PIN code?

Yes. Cambridge Apparels delivers to most PIN codes throughout the country. However, you can check the service code on our website and get a further confirmation if a product can be delivered to your PIN code.

How do I check the status and delivery of my orders placed from www.cambridgeapparels.com

On logging in to ‘My Account’ and clicking on ‘My Orders’, you will be provided with complete details of your order, including its status. An SMS would be sent to your registered mobile number with the details of the courier partner along with the AWB number. You can also track your order using the AWB number on their respective website.

Can I add more items to an order that I have already placed?

No. You cannot add more items to an order that has already been placed. You can place another order for the items/products you want to purchase from our online store.

Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?

On placing an order from www.cambridgeapparels.com, the details of your order are populated in your ‘My Account’. You can choose to cancel an order and then contact our customer service helpline on +91 – 22 – 61110111. We won’t be able to cancel the order once your package has already left the warehouse. If you have paid using credit/debit card or internet banking, you may choose not to accept the order and we will refund the amount to you, once the shipment is returned to us. You will have to initiate a return once you have received the order and in accordance with our return policies.

Can I return or exchange a product purchased from www.cambridgeapparels.com?

All items purchased from our online store can be returned within 15 days upon receiving the product. You can initiate a pickup of your order/item by going to My Account > Returns/Refunds. Alternatively, you can call our customer service helpline on +91 – 22 – 61110111. It is only possible for us to accept products with tags that are returned in their original state. Products should not be used or show any signs of usage.  A valid bill or email conformation of your order must be shown before returning the product. The price and other tags have to remain intact on the garment for a product to be considered for an exchange or return.

How can I pay using Net Banking?

On the payment page, choose Net Banking as your preferred mode of payment and click to place your order. You will be redirected to the banking website where you will need to enter your bank login details (Net Banking User ID and password) and the transaction password. Once successful, you’ll receive a conformation and your order will be processed. We support all major banks for Net Banking transactions.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on www.cambridgeapparels.com?

All credit/debit card payments on Cambridge Apparels are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do note store or capture any credit/debit or net banking related information. A 3D secure password service is used by banks for online transactions providing an additional layer of security through identity verification's.

Can I make a credit/debit card or Net Banking payment on www.cambridgeapparels.com through my mobile phone?

Yes. You can make payments through the mobile website of Cambridge Apparels. The mobile site too uses trusted payment gateways which keep your information secured and protected.

Can I get a product shipped internationally?

At this moment, we only ship products within India. Orders can be placed from across the world but the delivery addresses are restricted to India.

What is a ‘Gift Card?

A gift card is a coupon/voucher that can be gifted to an individual on providing his/her email ID. Gift cards are available at our online store for Rs.500,Rs.1000 and Rs.2000 in value and can be used to purchase any product from our online store (www.cambridgeapparels.com). 

Can I use a gift card for all the products on www.cambridgeapparels.com?

Yes. You can use a gift card to purchase any product from our online store.

No. Gift cards cannot be clubbed to make purchases on our online store.

No. Your gift card has a unique code that can be used at one time only.

Can a gift card be encashed or refunded?

No. A gift card purchased from our online store (www.cambrdigeapparels.com) cannot be encashed or refunded online.

For how long is my gift card valid?

Your gift card is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue. After 6 months, this gift card is deemed invalid.

What is a cashback wallet?

A cashback wallet is a mechanism where you can earn cash rebates on an online purchase you make from our online store (www.cambridgeapparels.com). On placing an order of Rs.500/- or above, a 10% cashback is added to your account which you can redeem the next time you place an order from our online store.

Can I exchange the cash in my Cambridge Apparels account for real money?

No. You cannot exchange the online cash back money from your account for real money online or any of our on-ground stores. Your cash back money is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

Can I use the cash in my Cambridge Apparels account to purchase any products from www.cambridgeapparels.com?

Yes. Cash back money from your online wallet in your account can be used to purchase any products from our online store (www.cambridgeapparels.com).

Can I use my cash back money to purchase products from the on ground Cambridge Apparels store?

No. Cash back money from your online wallet from your online account can only be used at our online store (www.cambridgeapparels.com) and not at any of our on-ground stores at any given time.
