Exchange & Return Policy

At Cambridge Apparels, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact and attached to the garment.
  • Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange as per our exchange policy below.
  • No cash refunds are provided. Refunds are processed as bank transfers only.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at +91 9372870673 or email us at info@cambridgeapparels.com with the following details:

  • Your Order Number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Your bank account details for the refund transfer

Once approved, please send the product(s) along with the invoice to our warehouse address:

We will reimburse your courier charges to your bank account within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • The refund amount will be transferred directly to your provided bank account.

4. Exchanges

  • Your Order Number
  • The product(s) you wish to exchange
  • The reason for the exchange
  • The new product(s) you would like in exchange

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing info@cambridgeapparels.com or messaging us through your customer account.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • An incorrect or outdated delivery address was provided at checkout.
  • After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
  • Package refused by the recipient at the time of delivery.
  • Minor variations in colour or design due to screen display differences — slight colour differences between online images and the actual product are normal and not considered a defect.
  • Orders for locations not serviceable by Shiprocket.
